Welcome to Mellowdays Furniture Limited ("Mellowdays"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please review them carefully.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them each time you make a purchase. These Terms comply with distance selling regulations designed to protect you as a customer.

Your Order
When you place an order with Mellowdays, it constitutes an offer to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms of Service. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods you have ordered.
Your payment and our confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order do not constitute acceptance of the order. Until the goods are dispatched, we reserve the right not to accept or to cancel your order for any reason.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel an online order.
Cancellations will not be accepted for products that have been used or are not in the same condition as when delivered.
To cancel an order, please email us at contact@mellowdays.co.uk or contact us via Store Chat with your order details.
- If cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund within 10 days.
- If cancelled after delivery, Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned items.
Mellowdays reserves the right to cancel orders where a pricing or quantity error has occurred.
Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Union Pay, and PayPal.
- Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.
- Incorrect billing details may delay your order.
- We reserve the right to validate payment details before acceptance.
- When opting for interest-free credit, a contractual agreement is established directly between the Buyer and our finance partner, Klarna. It's important to review this information carefully to ensure awareness and understanding of all applicable terms and requirements as offered by Klarna.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Dates
- Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. (All Delivery dates shown on the website and quoted are guidelines only. Final delivery dates are subject to the shipment email sent out by the courier company.)
- We will deliver to the address you specify at checkout.
- Deliveries must be signed for. Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for missed deliveries or any associated charges if you are unavailable.
- Products will not be unwrapped or assembled by the courier.
- Combined orders will be dispatched together once all items are ready unless otherwise agreed.
- Once the Product(s) have been delivered, the Buyer will become the owner of the Product(s) and responsible for any risk of damage to or loss of the Products. The Seller will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Delivery Charges
We currently offer delivery to most of mainland UK, which includes England, Wales, and certain parts of Scotland.
Please note that we do not deliver to the Highlands of Scotland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
All orders are dispatched using a courier service, and in-stock items should be delivered within 7-10 working days from Monday to Friday (except bank and public holidays), unless otherwise advised.
Delivery charges apply depending on the ordered value and delivery locations outlined below:

Warranties and Liabilities
- All Products come with a six-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- You must notify us of any defect within 72 hours of discovery, providing reasonable evidence (e.g., photographs, videos).
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
- If a Product is confirmed defective within 30 days of examining the Products, we will repair or replace such Products (or the defective part).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to defective Products, late deliveries, or other breaches unless otherwise mandated by law.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item due to a change of preference, kindly inform us at contact@mellowdays.co.uk within 14 days following the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, unassembled, in a saleable condition, and retained in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Upon authorising your return, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
- Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. In the event of unnecessary handling, partial assembly, or if the item lacks its original packaging, a deduction from your refund may apply. We shall communicate any such deductions clearly before processing the refund. Your satisfaction is our paramount concern.
- If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. This period can vary depending on the payment method used or due to the specific conditions of your bank.
Faulty Items and Issues
We strive to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. In the rare instance that an item is faulty or damaged, please report defects, damage, or the receipt of the wrong item within 72 hours of delivery to contact@mellowdays.co.uk. Attach clear images or videos of the issue for a prompt resolution. If the product is faulty, you have the right to a repair or replacement. We are committed to resolving your concerns swiftly and ensuring your satisfaction.
- Please note: The unique nature of solid or reclaimed wood and its inherent markings, such as knots and grain patterns, are not grounds for exchange unless they impede the product's functionality and structural integrity.
- For any manufacturing fault occurring within 6 months of receipt of your product, we will offer a repair or replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
Customer Reviews
- After your item is dispatched, we will send you an email approximately ten days after delivery to request your feedback. Reviews are collected via Judge.me and may be displayed on our website.
- We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any review for any reason, including content deemed offensive, misleading, or irrelevant.
- By submitting a review, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for its content.
- Customer reviews represent individual opinions and do not form part of the product's specifications or description. Mellowdays will not be liable for inaccuracies or misleading information contained in customer reviews.
- By submitting a review, you grant Mellowdays Furniture a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable licence to use your content in promotional and marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising.
Customer Sharing Photos On Social Media
- Photos of our products posted on social media with the hashtag #Mellowdaysuk or tagged @Mellowdaysuk may be considered for use on our website, blog, newsletters, or social media channels.
- We will seek your permission before using your photo. By replying with #YESMellow, you confirm your consent to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
- By tagging us or using the hashtag, you confirm that: you own the photo or have the necessary rights to share it; you have obtained permission from all individuals featured in the photo, if applicable.
- By confirming your consent, you agree to grant Mellowdays Furniture a free, perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive licence to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your photo across all marketing channels. We will credit your social media account name when possible.
- By allowing us to use your photo, you agree not to pursue legal action or claim damages against Mellowdays for the agreed uses described herein.

- A unique discount code will be sent to the customer via email upon signing up for the newsletter.
- The discount entitles the customer to 10% off their first order of full-priced items only.

- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
3. Exclusions:

4. Qualifying Conditions:

5. Returns Policy:
- If you return any item(s) that qualify the order for the discount or free delivery, and the remaining items no longer meet the qualifying criteria, the discount or free delivery offer will be revoked.
- In such cases, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the loss of the promotion. For example, the cost of delivery or the full price of the remaining items may be deducted from the refund.
6. Non-Transferable: Discount codes and promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

General Terms
- These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- The Contract between us is based on your accepted order and our confirmation, and will always be governed by these Terms. Any deviation is valid only if explicitly agreed in writing by Mellowdays.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in documentation without liability.
- Should any part of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain valid.
- If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any sums paid within 30 days. We are not liable for further compensation.
- No failure or delay in exercising any right will constitute a waiver.
- Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable controlincluding but not limited to strikes, lock outs, weather, accidents, war, fire, etc. If such event exceeds 30 working days, either party may cancel the Contract.
Description of Products
- Product descriptions and quantities are detailed in your order confirmation.
- We may alter product specifications slightly to comply with regulations or manufacturing changes without materially affecting quality.
- Images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual Products. Colour variation can also occur due to the different properties of computer display equipment being used to view the product. Please contact us if you require further information.
- Measurements are approximate. Natural materials may vary in color, texture, and size.
- Products are sold subject to their individual specifications, which may include special conditions regarding delivery, warranties, or assembly.
- We reserve the right to amend prices if necessary (e.g., due to taxation changes or publication errors). If a price changes after you place an order, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel.
Availability
- Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
- An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address with estimated delivery details.
- We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) we have electronically recorded your contact details for the purpose of processing your order, analysing statistics to improve this website and its services to you, administering this website and keeping you up to date with Mellowdays Furniture’s news and offers.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your information. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date.
