We’re an independent UK business with a simple mission: to make high-quality solid wood furniture more accessible, without compromising on craftsmanship or character.

Our story began in 2021, when our founder Daniel relocated from Hong Kong to the UK with his family. In the search for furniture that was both timeless and well made, Daniel was struck by how difficult it was to find solid wood pieces at a fair price. Inspired by his roots and a desire to create a home that felt both warm and grounded, he set out to bring the artistry of Indonesian craftsmanship to British homes.

Every piece we offer is made using responsibly sourced hardwoods and handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans—designed to last, and made to be lived in. At Mellowdays, we champion natural materials, honest design, and furniture with soul.
